Our first cold pressed Limited Release Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed within hours of harvesting from olives grown in Kangaroo Valley where the rich fertile soils and Mediterranean climate ensure only the finest quality.

Select olives varieties are chosen by our Master Blender to produce this exceptional extra virgin olive oil with fresh fruity flavours, grassy aromas and hint of pepper, ensuring a well balanced finish which is then flavoured with the richness of truffle essence - producing an earthy and sensual flavour with an intoxicating aroma.

Truffle oil use is limited only by your own imagination. Drizzle a little over fresh salads prior to tossing; splash a little into your favourite soups; or add it sparingly to your gravy or sauces. Perfect when added to eggs, mushrooms, pasta, risotto, or vegetable mash or puree. Use as a finishing oil not a cooking oil as heat adulterates the flavours.
