Apple cider vinegar (cider vinegar), made by crushing apples, and squeezing out the juice, which is then allowed to ferment makes for a great addition to salad dressing (pair it with Kangaroo Valley Olives Cracked Pepper Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil for added tang in the perfect vinaigrette), marinades and home-made mayonnaise.

You can think of it as a great way to add a burst of flavour to foods without adding calories or extra salt.

Shelf stable. Store apple cider vinegar in a cool, dark, dry location. There is no need to refrigerate the vinegar.

Ideal for use in pickling and chutneys as it will add a tang as well as the required acidity (5.0 (±0.1).
Apple Cider Vinegar can also be used as a natural digestive – add 5-10mls to a large glass of water before meals.
